These terms apply to purchases and use of this Cleaninator storefront, operated under the Cleaninator name. Product manufacturing is identified on the applicable label; Cleaninator products identify Hollywood Cosmetics By Ely Corp., Bakersfield, CA 93304, as manufacturer.
1. Product selection and orders
Review the product name, size, ready-to-use/concentrate designation, quantity and directions before ordering. Foam is currently sold as a kit, not as a standalone bottle. Product images may include illustrative settings and props; only the items expressly listed in the purchased product are included. Appearance may vary slightly by screen or batch without changing the product description. We do not present illustrative scenes as customer testimonials or proof of specific results.
2. Prices, availability and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The introduction price is the current selling price when displayed; a crossed-out public price and any stated “Value” are reference amounts, not an additional charge. Prices and promotions may change prospectively; an accepted order is not repriced retroactively without agreement. Applicable tax and shipping are shown at checkout. We may contact you about an evident pricing, stock or fulfillment error and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation/refund; we do not silently charge a higher price. Backorders require replenishment and are subject to the shipping policy.
3. Shipping, final sale and consumer rights
Read the shipping policy and final-sale/returns policy before paying. Consumable products are final sale for change-of-mind or satisfaction returns. Verified defects, our fulfillment errors, shipping incidents and remedies required by law remain subject to review and appropriate remedies. Nothing here waives non-waivable warranties or consumer rights. Applicable statutory rights prevail over an inconsistent provision. This storefront does not promise a satisfaction guarantee, universal stain removal or a particular outcome.
4. Directions and customer responsibilities
Follow the current product label and use and safety guide. Use appropriate ventilation, gloves and eye protection; do not ingest, mix cleaners or expose children. Test compatibility and follow the surface or garment manufacturer’s care instructions. Concentrates require product-specific written dilution directions; follow the dilution, preparation and spot-test directions for your Cleaninator presentation. Use and store products responsibly. These responsibilities do not release the seller or manufacturer from liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable obligations concerning defects, misrepresentation or injury.
5. Results, information and limitations
Results depend on soil, surface, dilution, contact time and cleaning method. Ingredient functions alone do not prove product safety, environmental certification, disinfection, compatibility or a specific performance claim. Website guidance does not replace the current label, applicable SDS, professional advice or emergency care. Responsibility for defects, product information, damage or use is determined by the facts and applicable law. Non-waivable rights and obligations remain in effect.
6. Website use, privacy and changes
Provide accurate order and contact information. Do not misuse the site, submit fraudulent claims, interfere with security or infringe third-party rights. Personal information is handled under the privacy policy. Terms may be updated for future transactions; changes do not remove rights attached to earlier orders. English and Spanish versions are intended to express the same policy; contact us about an apparent inconsistency, and mandatory law controls.
