Governing Law and Venue
These terms and disputes relating to this website, purchases and Cleaninator products are governed by California law and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections to which they are legally entitled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the buyer and seller agree that such disputes will be brought exclusively before the competent state courts of Kern County, California, sitting in Bakersfield where court rules permit. Where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, proceedings will be brought before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, at the location required by its rules.
This provision does not restrict access to another court where mandatory law requires it, applicable small claims court rights, or complaints to competent authorities.

Product Use and Results
